Just like in New York, Washington, D.C, has adopted the UBE effective this bar cycle, July 2016. And like New York, the passing score is 266.

That means that if you take the UBE in New York or in D.C. this July and you pass with 266, you can waive into that other state. So you can actually get admitted to two east coast states in one bar exam cycle. Sounds good, doesn’t it. Once you set up your practice, you can take the train from New York to D.C. and back again.
