Wonderful Adventure is an amusement park in North Carolina. Word of mouth among coaster enthusiasts is that Wonderful Adventure has the biggest, fastest, most amazing ferris wheel of any theme park in the world. For years, Wonderful Adventure has purchased all of the food sold in the park from Beno Foods, a Texas company. Edward, a resident of Tennessee, would like to sue Wonderful Adventure in Texas. Can a Texas court constitutionally assert jurisdiction over Wonderful Adventure?

A. Yes, Wonderful Adventure has created continuous and systematic contracts with Texas by purchasing food there over a long period of time.
B. Yes, Edward’s cause of action is related to Wonderful Adventure’s contacts with Texas.
C. No, Wonderful Adventure’s contacts with Texas are insufficient to justify general jurisdiction.
D. No. Edward must sue either in North Carolina or Tennessee.
