The July 2013 Bar Exam: The UBE and MEE Bar Exam

The Uniform Bar Examination (UBE) consists of six 30-minute questions and 2 Multiple Performance Tests (MPT). States that have the
UBE are Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. The MEE omits the 2 MPT tests, but has nine 30-minute questions. The Multistate Essay Examination (MEE) is given in 28 jurisdictions including Arkansas, Connecticut, Washington, D.C., Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.

Essay 3 (Evidence): 4.60 out of 12 points

Essay 5 (Contracts): 4.32 out of 12 points
Essay 6 (Estates): 3.99 out of 12 points
