The February 2018 Bar Exam: Changes to the Contracts Subject Matter Outline for the February Bar Exam

Bar Professors Provides Private Tutoring for North Carolina, Florida, the MBE, UBE, Texas and California.  Sign up for our MBE/Essays Seminars at www.barprofessors.com.

After inserting Civil Procedure into the MBE exam and then adding topics and changes to Property, now the NCBE seems to be moving onto their next topic, Contracts. Effective with the February 2018 administration, the Contracts subject matter outline has been reordered and revised. Fortunately, no new topics will be added. The primary purpose of the revisions was to provide examinees with more detailed and organized information about the scope of coverage of Contracts questions.

For repeat takers, if you have taken the bar exam multiple times and have not passed, think about getting a Bar Professors’ tutor. There is obviously something about the way you study that is not producing results for you. A Bar Professors’ tutor can set up a study plan with you, discuss areas of the bar exam materials that you are not getting and keep you motivated and less isolated.
