The February 2016 Bar Exam: Important Advice for Foreign Educated Lawyers Who Repeat the New York UBE Bar Exam

Bar Professors Provides Private Tutoring for North Carolina, Florida, the MBE, MEE, UBE New York, Texas and California. Sign up for our MBE/Essays Seminars at www.barprofessors.com.

The bar exam results for February 2016 indicated that foreign educated lawyers passed at a first time rate of 34% and that all foreign educated lawyers passed at a 30% rate. In July 2015 from the foreign educated lawyers passed at a first time rate of 42%, and all foreign educated lawyers passed at a 33% rate.

As can be seen, the pass rate is dismal for foreign educated lawyers. That’s why, before sitting for a bar exam, foreign educated lawyers need a Bar Professors’ bar tutor. Working with a tutor will dramatically improve your chances of passing. Write, write and write some more. An applicant needs to learn to write on the bar exam subjects to both understand the law and to develop a writing structure. Memorize the law “cold” because you have a built in language barrier. You do not have the time to think about the law, you must know it. Above all else, start early. Bar Professors has a specialized tutoring service especially for foreign educated lawyers.

BarProfessors offer private tutoring for ESL students and foreign educated lawyers for the UBE, New York, California and Georgia bar exams.
