The February 2015 Bar Exam: Sign Up for The Federal Civil Procedure One Day Workshop

Federal Civil Procedure will be tested for the first time on the MBE in February, 2015. There will be 27 MBE questions in Federal Civil Procedure.

In light of this new subject, Bar Professors will be holding a one day MBE Civil Procedure seminar in Miami and Naples in January 2015.

This one day intensive seminar is for first time bar takers, repeat bar takers, foreign educated lawyers and any person looking to add to their Civil Procedure knowledge.

The seminar will be conducted by multiple law professors who are experts in teaching the MBE and are experienced litigators. The seminar will cover and include:
