February 2013 Bar Exam: For Repeat Bar Takers and Foreign Lawyers Taking the California or New York Bar Exam

In order to pass the California or New York bar exam as a repeat taker, there are five important keys to implement.

1. Establish a strategy and, more importantly, establish a plan and an approach to the bar exam.

2. Start your studies early. You should not wait until January to start your bar studies.

3. Educate yourself as to the standards of the bar exam and the areas most frequently tested.

4. Practice, practice and practice all questions and answers.

5. Obtain an experienced tutor.
