Bar Professors Provides Private/Online Tutoring for Repeat Takers for the UBE,
North Carolina, Florida, the MBE, UBE, New York and California.
The
Florida Board of Bar Examiners, plans to proceed with the administration of the
General Bar Examination on July 28 and 29, 2020. They have worked with the Department of
Health to establish protocols for the safe administration of the bar exam.
The
Florida Board of Bar Examiners will open up two sites for the applicants: The Tampa Convention Center and the Orange
County Convention Center in Orlando.
There will be screening questions and temperature checks before the students
can enter the exam site. Only one applicant will sit at a table, and tables
will be at least six feet apart in all directions. Applicants will be made to remain
six feet apart when in line to enter or exit the exam site. All applicants will
be required to wear a mask during the exam and when in line to enter or exit an
exam site. Applicants will not be allowed to sit for the exam if they do not
wear masks. Applicants will be asked to leave the exam if they remove their
mask during the exam. Administrators and proctors also must wear masks.
For
the out of state applicants, they may be required to quarantine for 14 days or
some other time period prior to the start of the exam.
