I was relieved to see Corporations and Evidence on this exam. But that relief is likely misplaced because my thinking is that if they tested those subject this time around, then hopefully they won't test them when I take the California Bar in July. On the other hand, if my hopes have any foundation, I'm disappointed that Wills and Criminal law were tested (two of my better subjects). But community property was not tested (yay), but neither was Con law (boo!). Whatever. The old law professor advice to "Just Know Everything" is depressingly sound.
