MBE scores have fallen again to new lows. The mean scaled score on the February administration of the MBE fell to 135, down 1.2 points from the previous year and the lowest average score on a February administration of the test since 1983. That is a 33 year low for the MBE.
The July 2015 results were also down 1.6 points from the previous year, to 139.9, its lowest point since 1988.
The NCBE believes the downward trend is likely to continue for at least a couple more years. As we can see from the bar exam scores coming from each state, the law pass rate has been devastating across the country. Low scores are seemingly the norm now – the new reality.
Bar Professors can help you increase your MBE scores. Bar Professors has structured a MBE program that addresses the growing changes in the bar exam that many students are not aware of. These changes will adversely affect your chances of passing if not properly addressed. Our specialized material driven system in conjunction with our unique instructional delivery with a one-on-one professor bar exam tutor will help you be successful on any bar exam you take. Looking at a video or relying on self-study will not help you get the scores you need.
Bar Professors will be conducting a UBE & MBE Exam seminar in New York City on May 28, 2016 and a Florida and MBE Exam seminar in Miami on June 4th. Contact us for details.
