I have heard from many that this year's pass rate was significantly lower than previous years. It is normal for the February pass rate to be a few percentage points lower, but rumor has it that it was nearly 20 percentage points lower than last year (16 to be exact). Does anyone know if there is any truth to this? Does anyone know when they release those statistics? Luckily, I passed, but for friends of mine who did not, I am just curious!
