The Florida Board of Bar Examiners revised the Florida bar exam to move Trusts and UCC Articles 3 and 9 to multiple-choice effective July 2023. Bar Professors has our Florida essay & multiple choice books to help you with these changes.
The Board announced Trusts and UCC Articles 3 and 9 will be tested primarily by multiple-choice going forward. Until now, the examiners have tested those subjects exclusively by essay questions.
The changes take effect immediately and will apply to the July 2023 exam. The revised test specifications are available on the board’s website.
