Oklahoma, Indiana, New Mexico and Kentucky bar exam results for February 2022 have been released. The results are shockingly low. Oklahoma had an overall pass rate of only 47%, Kentucky had an overall pass rate of 45%, and Indiana had an overall pass rate of 55%. Indiana’s first time pass rate was 71% and Indiana’s repeat takers pass rate was a low 37%. New Mexico had an overall pass rate of 70%, with the first time takers passing at 78% and the repeat taker pass rate was 63%. Repeat takers need our help!
