New York released its bar exam results on Thursday. The overall pass rate was 63%. NYBOLE considers the lower overall passing rate as a result of the higher percentage of repeat takers in the pool of candidates. 25% of the takers were repeat takers. 34% of all candidates who took the bar exam were foreign educated candidates. The overall pass rate for foreign educated was 31%.
