Effective July 2022, Pennsylvania and Michigan will administer the Uniform Bar Exam (UBE). We have been talking to students who want to take the UBE now in another jurisdiction and waive into Pennsylvania and Michigan in July or want to wait and take our extended program for the UBE for the July bar exam.
The UBE consists of the MBE Exam, two MPTs, and six 30 minute essays.
As of now, neither Pennsylvania or Michigan has announced what their passing scores will be.
