Bar Professors Provides Private/Online Tutoring for Repeat Takers for the UBE,
North Carolina, Florida, the MBE, UBE, New York and California.
Last week we learned that the
Florida bar exam will be definitely Florida centric.
All multiple choice questions will be based on Florida law, and will test the following 7 subjects: Florida Rules of Civil Procedure; Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure; Torts; Business Entities; Evidence; Wills; and Trusts. As we can see, Florida has added some Torts and Trusts questions to the multiple choice.
The 3 essay questions will test Federal Constitutional Law and the following six subjects (all based on Florida law): Torts; Real Property; Florida Constitutional Law; Ethics; Contracts; and UCC Article 3. As we can see for the essays, Family Law and Secured Transactions will not be tested in October.
If you have previously failed the bar exam or are a foreign educated student, Bar Professors will help you. We have developed our virtual programs for all students who will take the October and February bar exam. We are a one-on-one tutoring program that is remotely based, by telephone, by facetime, by Skype. We can help all repeat takers and foreign educated lawyers pass the bar exam.
We also have an extensive book set for Florida. The Florida Essay Book and the Florida Multiple Choice Book was written by attorneys and law professors who are experts in law and the bar exam. The Florida books have the most concise and up to date law you need for the Florida bar exam.
