Bar Professors Provides Private Tutoring for Repeat Takers for the UBE. North Carolina, Florida, the MBE, UBE, New York and California.
A
survey of bar exam graders found that the single biggest mistake students make
is not responding to the call of the question.
Remember
to read the call of the question first. Then read the fact pattern with the
call of the question in mind. Then you want to read the call of the question
again to make sure that you understand what the bar examiners are looking for.
Only then, should you start to write your outline and start writing your essay.
Before you turn the page to the next essay, read the call of the question one
last time to make sure you answered the call of the question completely and
thoroughly. Then you can move on to your next essay.
