The New York bar exam results for February 2019 have
been released. 64% of the takers were
repeat takers. The repeat taker pass rate was 36%. That means 64% of the repeat takers failed –
a dismal statistics.
The Massachusetts bar exam were released
yesterday. Like New York, 64% of the
takers were repeat takers. The repeat
taker pass rate for 2nd time takers was 47%, 3rd time takers was 17%, 4th time
takers was 18%, 5th time takers was 11%.
As we can see the repeat takers had a very hard time passing the UBE in
Massachusetts.
