Similar to last year, 5 out of the 11 Florida law
schools was below the state average of 67.2% and 4 law schools scored below 60%. Moreover, the difference between the highest
bar percentage of 88% by FIU and Nova, the lowest scoring school, at 43% was 45
points. And this does not include everything we have heard about Cooley and
their horrible bar pass rate. Also, the Florida bar exam results were 4% lower
than last year’s scores. We can just imagine how poorly the repeat taker pass
rate was.
