The February 2018 Bar Exam: Important Advice for Foreign Educated Lawyers Who Repeat the New York UBE Bar Exam

Bar Professors Provides Private Tutoring for North Carolina, Florida, the MBE, UBE, Texas and California.  Sign up for our MBE/Essays Seminars at www.barprofessors.com.

The New York bar exam results for February 2018 indicated that foreign educated lawyers passed at a first time rate of 42% and that all foreign educated lawyers passed at a 28% rate. These pass rates were a 6% drop from February 2017. 58% of first time takers failed the bar exam, and the repeat taker pass rate was extremely low.

As can be seen, the pass rate is dismal for foreign educated lawyers. That’s why, before sitting for a bar exam, foreign educated lawyers need a Bar Professors’ bar tutor. Working with a tutor will dramatically improve your chances of passing. An applicant needs to learn to write on the bar exam subjects to both understand the law and to develop a writing structure/ Above all else, start early.  Bar Professors has a specialized tutoring service especially for foreign educated lawyers.

Bar Professors offer private tutoring for foreign educated lawyers for the UBE, New York, California and Georgia bar exams.
