Arizona, South Carolina, New Jersey, Washington, DC, and New York are all UBE states. Arizona, South Carolina’s bar exam results are all out. We are still waiting for Washington, DC and New York to be released. Both bar exam sites say that it will be in November.

It won’t be easy for repeat takers to retake the UBE exam. For those in New Jersey and South Carolina, it will be the first time the UBE is tested. For DC and New York, February 2017 will be only the 2nd time the UBE is tested.

The pass rate for the states that use the UBE have been astonishingly low. We have seen most UBE states in the 60 – 65% and lower range. The UBE is not as easy as we might think it is.

Early preparation is the key to learning the UBE and its testing methods.
