The February 2016 Bar Exam: The Changes on the Florida Bar Exam
Bar Professors Provides Private Tutoring for North Carolina, Florida, the MBE, MEE, UBE New York, Texas and California. Sign up for our MBE/Essays Seminars at www.barprofessors.com.
The Florida bar exam results will be released April 11th. That’s about 5 weeks away.
As we can see, the Florida bar exam is changing. In the last 3 bar cycles we have gotten issues that normally only appear in the multiple choice sections. 3 bar cycles ago we had a little wills thrown in, and the last two bar cycles we have gotten criminal law and criminal procedure. Criminal law has not been tested in a long time, although we have occasionally seen criminal procedure in essays.
What do these changes portend? Is this the start of something new? Is the board of bar examiners trying to stay one step ahead of the bar review companies? Is the board of bar examiners readjusting and re-correcting like they do every few years?
Along with the changes in the MBE, it is looking harder and harder to pass the Florida bar exam.
Bar Professors are experts in helping repeat bar takers. We help those repeat bar takers who think they can never pass the bar exam. We help professionals who are working, students with families, older and wiser students because we work on the student’s schedule.
Bar Professors also will be conducting seminars in Miami, Orlando and Jacksonville.
