First, 6 out of the 11 Florida law schools was below the state average of 68.9% and 4 law schools scored below 60%. Moreover, the difference between the highest bar percentage of 89% by FIU and Ave Maria, the lowest scoring school, at 47% was 42 points.

Their conclusions are that, the Florida bar exam is becoming less predictable in light of the new tested subjects.
